Spring Showcase 2019
Super Seven
Abubakar Aden - Class of 2020 - 5’9” PG
Scoring Playmaker from New Mission HS

Fresh off a deep run into the state tournament where he put on a shooting display, Abubakar announced his presence immediately and separated himself from the competition. His control of the ball allowed him the ability to slice through the lane, creating easy scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates all afternoon. His ability to stretch the floor kept defenses honest as well. Evading defenders will only last so long at the high school level. Abubakar needs to add more muscle to compete on the next level.
AK Crawford Class 0f 2020 - 6’1” WG
Heady Three and D Wing from Cristo Rey HS

AK could be found doing a little bit of everything on the floor. His ability to dig in and do the intangible things on the defensive end make him a quality addition to any program. Offensively, he was able to create plays for others as well as hit the deep ball from downtown on a fairly consistently basis. Winning a state championship before transferring from Tech Boston and taking a year off of high school basketball has been a transition for him. But it looks like AK is ready for the next chapter.
Jason Mosley - Class of 2021 - 5’8” PG
Cerebral Point Guard from Southeastern Regional HS

Jason has a patient nature about his game that allows him to see plays develop before everyone else does. He has a tight handle on the ball, which helps him to be the ideal playmaker. He needs to get stronger in order to take the next step in his development.
Kyle Merchanthouse - Class of 2021 - 6’1” WG
Crafty Wing from Braintree High School
Kyle has a nose for the ball. He was a ball mover on offense and looked to get his hands into the passing lanes on defense. His ability to make the right play really showed. In order to take the next step, Kyle needs to learn to create space for himself and be assertive.
Jaden Mahabir Class of 2020 - 5’8” PG
Lightning quick PG from Everett High School
Jason athletic ability was very impressive all afternoon. He was very quick. His ability to control the ball and get to the basket was his calling card. He is a three sport athlete (football, basketball, baseball) and should be able to excel in any arena.

Lawrence Greene Class of 2020 - 6'2" PF
Hard working post from Southeastern Regional Voc. High School

Lawrence earned everything he got all afternoon. He could often be found around the basket keeping plays alive with put backs or crafty moves around the basket on offense and challenging shots on the defensive end. The next step for him is to sharpen his skills offensively and learn to play to his strengths.

Elijah Rodriguez Class of 2020 - 5'7" G
Shifty Point guard from Greater New Bedford Regional Voc. High School

Michael displayed the ability to get to the basket and knock down an open jumper. Undersized for a scoring guard, Michael has to develop the ability to run an offense.
